We figured out a solution (not ideal, but ok) so they would not have to redo the entire bar. The crew left a ditch witch behind my garage door over a weekend, along with boards and open paint that I actually backed over more than once. Sloppy, no respect for our property whatsoever. After less than a year the patio pavers needed attention once again. My husband and myself texted the owner and crickets...we had to hire a different company to come and repair it. We had high hopes, but really disappointed.

When we met with Terry to get his vision for a retaining wall; he was friendly and knew what we wanted from the start. He was able to match the brick work that was already pre-existing in the back of our house; which was a plus! Terry and his crew scheduled a time to come out to work on the wall; and they made it look awesome! They made sure to include drainage areas and the tiered looks is just what we wanted for the steep incline in our yard. Not only do we use GLC for our retaining wall, we also use them to treat our yard and do most of the yard work. When we first moved in, our yard was filled with mostly weeds and we had a "grub" problem. Well, with their help, our yard is looking better and the grass is actually green and well taken care of! They do all sorts of treatment throughout the year for us at a decent rate and we are so lucky to have them come out to mow the lawn too! When the crew arrives for lawn service, they get things done pretty quickly and always make sure to clean up after themselves. Since then, a few of the plants have died and upon asking if there was a warranty we were told there was. We requested in June 2020 for the dead plants to be replaced and sent pictures. We never heard back. Reached out to Correy again and he assured us there would be a crew out the week of 6/22/2020. Needless to say, as of today, 7/31/2020, no crew, no replaced shrubs, and zero communication from this company. I do not recommend this company whatsoever. For the amount of money charged for the work, it is subpar, as well as the customer service is incredibly disappointing. We have five cul-de-sacs in our subdivision and have opted to use someone else so not to create the headache of trying to get them to communicate, follow through, and trying to get the work right. Our subdivision tries to use contractors in our own community, but feel it is well worth going outside of our community for a good company.
