They also left a yard full of old carpet and pad for us to haul off. But that isnt the kicker ...the sub contractor the company uses that came for the install was laying the carpet and my husband and him were making small talk. As the man was using the iron and glue for the seam my husband made the comment. "Man that stuff is pretty hot huh?" The man had alot of gunk caked on his fingers but he reached his finger down in the hot glue and wiped it on the top of my husbands hand. My husband hollered because it was so hot his hand blistered immediately. We called the owner on a recorded call and he stated his worker admitted it. So he asked what could he do to make this better. We asked for our money back and my husbands doctor bill to be paid. His response was he would rather pay a attorney the money. Then he tried to go back on his story about his worker admitting it. Thank God for recordings. Now this company is going see where doing bad business gets you.

However, the tech (which said he was the owner) that showed up was horrible. He acted like it was a problem him being here from the jump. To describe our little encounter is un-nerving. During this pandemic, like most businesses we have to limit the amount of people in the building. There is a HUGE sign at the door that clearly states to call a number when you arrive and someone will let you in so we can sanitize to protect both you and our team. The tech clearly doesn't know how to read, he BEATS on the door like a crazy person, the owner annoyed, says no don't answer, make him call and follow directions, that is ridiculous. The tech then proceeds to beat on the owner of the buildings window, then walks around to the other side of the building and beats on another offices window. So naturally our owner came out upset and asked him to not do that. The guys never says anything, he rolls his eyes and proceeded to come in and measure for carpet install. When hes done he then comes to me and slams the sample book down and asks why i didn't speak up to the owner and got him in trouble if his wife called and made an appointment. My reaction was, well first off when she called she stated you were going to be in the area and would be by, never once did she give a time. I told her in the call, anytime was fine he would just need to call when he got here. I then spoke my peace of him banging on our windows (this is a multi suite building by the way) like a crazy person. He then gathered his stuff and walked out all while saying how he understands why no one would want to do business with someone that acts like this. ( where he gets off saying this i have no idea) Well mister i don't understand why anyone would want to do business with you and your piss pour attitude. In a time like this you would think you would be idk courteous to your clients that are even asking for you to do this during a pandemic. I came to a smaller business to support our community. Only to be met with awful experience and a waste of my time! I wouldn't recommend this company EVER to anyone. I will be sure to let it be known to any and all people i come into contact with! By far the rudest and most disrespectful person ever! If hes the owner then maybe the wife should make him retire and get a younger tech in there that will treat their customers with respect. Never in my life have i ever encountered such a disrespectful person. In a place of business to business at that! he should be ashamed of how he conducted him self.
