(Tuesday after Labor Day) The phone lines were busy which was understandable, after a few attempts of trying get through I left a voice mail at this office (which I normally don't like to do because I never hear back from businesses). Guess what.....I received a call back!!! Mily Tejada was the rep that called me, she got right on it, we were both online she was sending me docs to sign and I was sending them back. She made sure that I was going to be insured before the day was out. All this started around 2pm, I was fully insured and ready to go by 4pm.
