We hired him to paint the house, fix siding, and replace windows. Come to find out, the majority of the homes in our neighborhood all had the same structural rot issues as ours. Christer knew all about the rot issues that plagued the neighborhood. I became aware of the issues when the workers mentioned it to me. An honest human being would have warned us about the issues prior to starting the project. I agree with reviewer Paul C. that Christer's sales skills are effective but duplicitous. As with others, this was a "lesson learned" moment for me and my wife. 1) The paint job is terrible. Roughly, after two years, you can see the old paint job through the "new" paint job. A couple of spots were missed, which is totally understandable. However, I requested a "walk through" 3 times. Never got one. 2) The craftsmanship is inconsistent--some spots are good, whereas other are mediocre and sloppy. 3) Unprofessional: precautions were not taken to avoid dirt and such being tracked into the house. Moreover, work done in a bedroom involving dry wall never included covering up the bedroom furniture! It never occurred to them that dry wall dust was all over a child's bedding, clothing, and toys!! The effort to clean-up the work done in and around the house was terrible and sloppy. After talking to many in our neighborhood, their experiences with other contractors were far more positive and successful than ours with Mattsson.

I had blinds installed throughout the house and a gallery shelf hung in my living room. Despite a short round of phone tag, I was finally able to connect with Ryan and he scheduled Brian to come to my house a few days later. Brian was on time, super friendly and very professional (plus he was able to chat about football which made me feel much better about having a stranger in my house.) The projects were done perfectly and Brian even took the leftover packaging with him when he cleaned up. At $45 hour, I felt WSHR was a bargain and I would definitely recommend them!!

Neal was able to accommodate my last minute schedule and deadline. He and his crew started right away and completed the project ahead of schedule. The job was done professionally. Because of all the damage we had to use our insurance and had a few people come give estimates. As for the painting section John Butts was the by far the best. His labor worked out to be about $200 a day (8-9 hrs), which was half off one of the estimates, and he makes sure to clean up after every day which was nice because I've had people before leave my house looking like a tornado hit it. Their speed was also amazing, faster than most while keeping the quality top notch. They're easy to convey your ideas with and the work was outstanding. I recommend them to anyone looking for a painter or wallpaperer. They have a lifelong customer in me.

He taped nothing. His lines are perfectly straight.
