I had been very happy…read morewith their services until the end of 2023 when I was told that they could no longer have me as a client because they could no longer bill my secondary insurance co. directly due to changes in Medicare rules and because they do not have an MD in their practice. So if you are an older person and have to have Medicare as your primary insurance, they won't take you. Nor will they accept direct payment from you. I was deeply disappointed and feel that if they really cared about their older clients, they would find a way to keep them in their practice.
