He's very charismatic, but charm is deceptive. He forced each of the people he fired to claim that was their choice to leave, and when they refused to do so, he publicly lied about them. People who were devoted to God were told they were not wanted in the band or worship teams, solely because they were not attractive or young enough. My family were members of this church for 18+ years, and when some of my family approached Kouba about how they did not agree with what happened under his leadership, he told my family they were not welcome back. I have since found a new congregation, but so many people stopped attending any church and have abandoned their faith because of the actions of the leadership of this church. 1 Timothy 3:7 states that the overseer of a church must have a good reputation with those outside of his flock, lest he be disgraced. Although there is a lot of parking, there is only 1 open door all the way on the left side of church. The chairs are extremely close. I'm 5'1, 120 lbs. and I can barely walk through when getting up to pee. They do not allow strollers in, so you do have to hold your kid the entire service, and again the seats are soooo close, no space. The choir is great! I felt the presence of the Lord, when they started singing to when they stopped. The pastor always delivers a word, and you are sure to not leave the same way you came. Space them seats out though.

I sent a message for their care program for food . I was laid off a few months back and have been struggling. I also but in a prayer request for my family my son has be just torn up emotionally this days .never heard back on any of it . I called today to ask about the food program to which I was told I had to be a member for them to help me feed my family. I honestly thought this would be a new church home for me down the line. But it's fake it's all about numbers nothing more. I won't be back
