During a time when I needed it most, they supported and encouraged me while Jesus brought healing to my mind, body, and spirit. It truly feels like a church family here. Pastor Ron delivers Spirit-filled sermons that are both practical and easy to relate to in everyday life. The church also offers a variety of ways to get connected, including a children's program, women's group, men's group, and Bible studies, along with plenty of opportunities for fellowship. I also love how easy it is to stay connected throughout the week. Their website and app make it simple to access information, stay updated on events, and grow spiritually on the go. Fryar in an elevator at Northridge hospital, late in July 2024. I asked him to please visit my daughter in ICU to give her the Annointing. Our parish, St. Barnabas in Long Beach, is too far to ask any of the priests there to come see her. He graciously agreed. The father of one of his parishioners, Lillian, was in the room next to my daughter. I appreciated her emotional support during the time we shared in ICU. My daughter is still struggling with major health problems, but did survive the ICU. Any Catholics reading this looking for a parish home, this is the place. I live too far to attend Mass there, but this parish will remain in my heart forever!
