I had informed Salesman I Googled Blue Book Trade in value of $1,850.00 (paid $5,600.00 out the door originally) and somehow they gave us some piece of paper I signed under duress and was totally taken advantage of and only received a Mere $1,000.00 for my trade in!!! The lady at customer service said she didn't know where they were and flat out told him to go find a napkin for the blood--RUDE!!! The manager was somewhat apologetic and brought him water and alcohol to clean it and a bandaid....after waiting so long the blood had already dried! And then the wait to checkout was RIDICULOUS!!
