I brought my 13 year old in to look at shoes and while trying them in, the plastic tag cut his finger open. The shoe sales lady sent him to customer service to get a bandaid. The lady at customer service said she didn't know where they were and flat out told him to go find a napkin for the blood--RUDE!!! The manager was somewhat apologetic and brought him water and alcohol to clean it and a bandaid....after waiting so long the blood had already dried! And then the wait to checkout was RIDICULOUS!!

The older gentleman got done with him looked down the counter and I wave to get his attention. He then walks in the back and stays back there for a while. The manager sitting there looking at a sheet of paper looks down the line and sees me waiting... does nothing about it. Zero people were at the counter. Dropped off reel to get fixed, top screw drive was broken. Yes, I slowed them. 6 months later…read morethey said it was fixed but it looked untouched. Another month later, reel looked oiled, no parts replaced which I thought was odd. Went fishing and reel is still broken. I think they just dropped oil in the bearings because it was soaked in oil. Not happy.
