He works a short hour at a high rate, thereby billing at 50-70% above his stated rate. Spent all his time lawyering (and billing) vs. resolving. While it's not entirely unique for lawyers to inflate a problem and make a meal out of it, I had further difficulties arise from his poor performace and advice, including tax problems which were avoidable. I could have done a better job myself. I give Michael Princi a failing grade.
