Tried to set up a consultation twice. The first time was via their contact form and they never got back to me. I set up a phone call consultation which was supposed to be today at 2pm. They never called me so I called them. When I informed them I was relying on this call happening when their said as I have other work meetings, I started the next sentence with "I'm a little concerned" the woman on the phone replied "WELL THEN YOU DON'T HAVE TO WORK WITH US" and hangs up on me. I hired Peter to close my business for me and close out all small business loans etc that goes along with closing a business. I was quoted a flat fee... I paid in full... his office confirms this... yet TWO YEARS LATER the hired task was NEVER completed and now multiple companies are coming after me for "not completing" steps that their office started then became "too busy" to complete. I paid them $500 retainer to help me save my house from foreclosure. I never wanted to file for bankruptcy if I didn't need to. I agreed to a modification with my bank so services with this firm were not utilized. When I needed their services, Ann Marie was nasty, condescending, and rude to me saying "if you can't pay your mortgage then sell your house!" I told her that I had nowhere to go and she said, "You should've thought of that before." Ann Marie is the nastiest person I've ever dealth with. Probably one of the most uncompitent lawyers in the industry.Upon a restaurant purchase his remarks were : keep me away from the lease, liquor license and keno license.Absolutely a disasaster of an attorney.He shows up at a closing to hand over a few pages of an agreement that was produced from the sellers attorney and responded sign this." He knew the other attorney personally,and was coached into this lousy deal.Daigle does not know how to protect his client ,as delivered. I started working with Daigle law when I was looking to refinance my home and I was told to not make any payments once the paperwork was filled out as it would mess up the paperwork going forward after 3 months of waiting and no answer on what the situation was I made a payment and let them know I was worried as a first time home owner I am stupid about a lot of these things. The day after I received a phone call and said they were still working on my modification which it had now turned into. Still not knowing any better I continued to wait and after a few more months goes by I reached out and got the run around. Meanwhile I sent Daigle law monthly payments of $975 from January 2022 til May2022. In May after the last payment I called and asked what the plan is now going forward and after a few months of back and forth calls I was told those payments was for their services.........Now today after receiving a foreclosure notice on my house I called the Loan provider and in 15mins was able to not only cancel the foreclosure was able to resume my monthly payments at no additional cost. I feel bamboozled out of $6,000 by this law firm and had I known what I know now I couldn't saved myself a lot of heart ache and compounded headache's. So please do some more research on these guys and your situation before you decide to use them in this manner. I learned a very hard lesson here. read more
