This is the perfect store if you just need a few staple items or happened to run out of butter when you were baking. I truly cannot recommend this store more and I am SO excited that I finally got one just down the street from me on 42nd!

Honestly, it's a divey place with divey neighborhood people but we like it. (Example: The guy in line behind you may be a little buzzed, but he'd definitely help ya if you're short some change or your car gets stuck in the snow.) The people who work here are characters to say the least. As we've come to know them, they've grown on us but you never know what you're gonna get that day. People steal from them constantly so prices are a little high on some things to compensate. Sometimes the gas pumps don't work? Basically, it looks sketchy but you'd be fine to stop here and get what you need.

Went here a couple times to get prescriptions filled while out of town. The pharmacist and helpers…read morein the pharmacy were great. I was able to get all my prescriptions, just in time when I needed them. I grabbed a couple small items from the store both times too, which was convenient to check out with my scripts. One item I bought had a broken pump, but I don't see how that their fault and I think I can fix it and use it anyway just the same. Overall I'd count on them again to get me my prescriptions and for odds and ends.
