I signed the quote on 7 February 2025 and paid $2,150 on 9 February 2025. Here's why we're giving a 1-star: 1st - They mis-diagnosed as an electrical problem, causing us to hire an electrician ($150). 2nd - They then mis-diagnosed as a bad controller, replaced with a new one, and threw away the old one ($350) 3rd - They replaced the pump with a "rebuilt" one, which the tech said they just removed from another install. After I tried to negotiate . They Refunded the Electrician fee, but would not budge on the $350 timer (which is only $100 for identical at Home Depot). They charged $350 for the old pump as well.
