I purchased a home in Florida and the previous owner left the front yard and backyard a complete…read moremess. There were dead weeds and plants as well as overgrown grass that definitely needed to be mowed both in the front and back yard. It was very embarrassing and a complete eyesore. Being new to Florida and the area, I did not know anyone. I researched landscapers in the area requesting for an estimate since I wanted this project completed ASAP to start with a clean slate for landscape renovations. Appointments were scheduled with various landscapers to come to the house for a quick quote to start the project. Everyone scheduled turned out to be extremely flaky and not one person showed up to provide a quote. I found Jason and Caras while researching and both came out the same day to provide a quote and completed the project on the same day. We cancelled with Emerald Isle (stupid us, they were wonderful to work with) and agreed to have Druse, Chris do the job. He scheduled it for June 22. Not only did he not show, he continues to ignore our calls and emails. Now we are back to square one and will be starting over. How in the world is this guy in business? In researching I have found many reviews that repeat the same thing. He ignores calls, emails and fails to turn up at scheduled times. This is more than just poor business practice. It is ignorant. It is an incredibly rude way to treat customers. How in the world would a responsible business man choose to act this way? It's a pattern I now see. Just incredible. Pick up the phone, respond to emails, tell your "customers" that you can't do a job. Instead he ignores and just ghosts. This is definitely not who you want to depend on.
