I was on my lunch break and had ran out of juice and my coil on my Vape was burnt so I was looking for a smoke shop and the reviews and photos for big a led me to come check it out! When I got there they had a large selection of vape juice and to make it even better they have a deal buy 1 get 1 half off! They also had a large selection of coils. The guy who helped me was very knowledgeable about everything and was very helpful on picking out good juices. He was also kind enough to clean my tank, but the new coil in and fill it with juice! DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS (mods and atomizers)!!!!!! Went to a shop down the street from me. I'm a regular there. It's the problem with the mod. The atomizer fired properly with two other mods at the store. So, we tested the mod with 3 other atomizers. Still stated "check atomizer". So the problem is that there was not enough power to fire up the atomizer. Even after powering down the mod for a few minutes, and placing the atomizer back on (basically an attempt to clear the error), it did not work. So, I bought a bad mod from this shop. Just so you know, I never dropped the mod, or made any alterations to it that could be attributed to it not working suddenly. read more

Horrible customer service experience. As I entered no worker was even in the store so I waited at the counter for him to come in as he entered through the front door with no proper greeting. I am visual impaired so I asked what flavors or hemp wraps he had since I could not see them. He responded rudely with "Many, can't you see. Just pick one". I highly recommend this place. We stopped by there this morning and it was closed. As we were about to get back in the car, a guy came by and opened the store for us so we could get what we needed. I'm assuming he owned a few places in the plaza. I bought a vape pen here a few weeks ago and it wasn't holding a charge, so he let me exchange it for one that worked.
