They have some pretty nice daily specials and didn't have to wait long for my sandwich. I tried the "Fiery Turkeyinator" which was the special of the day which came broccoli cheddar soup and a fountain drink. The sandwich was only about $6, so a great deal. The wifi was fast and I was able to get quite a bit of work done. I noticed that they had some fun things for sale, including 50% off tea, so I stocked up. I loved their mugs and other fun merch. The employees working were super friendly and helpful. I had intended to try pasta Alla Norcina which I noticed last visit but the told me it's on the winter menu (I think that they were on the Spring menu). I spoke with the manager and he said to come back in two weeks and they will switch to the summer menu and that it contains his favorite pasta dish. We started talking about the Pasta Alla Norcinia and I told him my relatives are from Norcia Umbria and that I've made it several times. I told him I use Italian sausage and the manager said that the chef uses actual wild boar sausage. He said the chef has amazing connections for ingredients like this. They also have a full time pastry chef on staff and all their deserts are home made. I was informed that the chocolate ganache cake has had the longest run on the menu and never seems to come off so I tried that. It was delicious There are several items on the menu that I have to try. I took a few pictures of the Spring menu and I've added them below. I told him word for word every ingredient that I wanted on my sub and he even reread it back to me. He asked if I wanted lettuce tomatoes and mayo I said no. Then I get back to my dorm and see two ingredients I ordered were NOT on my sub and 3 ingredients I did NOT order were on my sub. I called the phone and was handed to a manger. He was very rude, told me I'd get a refund within 3-4 business days, and told me to have a better day and hung up the phone on me. It has now been a week and I have still NOT RECEIVED my refund. I'm very disappointed at how this situation was handled and I would like to receive my refund asap!
