He reassured us that he and his team would be available every step of the way to ensure a smooth transit of all of our worldly possessions. On moving day, when the team arrived, they surveyed the location and quickly got to work protecting and securing our furniture and boxes. Even though they were swift and efficient, they spared no detail in ensuring that the utmost care was taken in the packing, arranging, and securing of our things. I contacted Big Arm a few months before my move to select a date. I chose a Wednesday as I had plenty of time to move out of my current place into my new home. A few days before it was raining and the forecast had rain for my move date. I called to ask if it would be possible to change and it was! I ended up moving on Friday the 13th LoL. It was perfect weather and they were right on time. They wrapped my furniture with plastic and protective moving blankets (very clean) and even had a new king mattress for my bed ready for me to buy for a great price! Yes they also sell the BEST mattresses. It's like sleeping on a cloud! The whole move was completed in about 5 hours. I was so happy with the service and pricing! I called Korey on a Friday morning - He responded within 20 minutes and he had movers at my house by Friday afternoon!! They were courteous, professional, on time, and were meticulous on moving my furniture. The movers actually had to take a large armoire outside and around my yard to get a "straight shot" to the stairs in my basement. They did not complain or fuss- they just got the job done.
