As soon as it was setup they immediately sanitized it with commercial grade disinfectant. Vacuumed all and any debris and filled it up with air and water. It was time. When the children arrived they were in awe and ready to have fun. This thing was enormous. We also rented tables and chairs from them. They were punctual, friendly, and gave us clear instructions about safety. They offered an open line of communication in case we had any issues. It was a pleasure and a good experience. They are family owned and operated. All the children played in it and the entire day was not wasted. They were in it from 7am to 8pm having a blast! The owner said I could pay cash and then my booking was canceled right before my event because of an online issue and no one called to let me know. They also booked out for the weekend and did not hold the items and I am forced to find a new company last minute. They are no help when you call and they were basically saying that it was my fault that their system canceled my booking and that they didn't contact me.
