About a week before the party I stopped in after work to see what decorations they had. I honestly had no idea of what I was looking for, but I found many items in a rose gold color, so I went with it. For about $130 I was able to buy a bunch of decorations to hang on my patio, a Happy Birthday banner, poofy flower things to build yourself and tape to walls, plates for both dinner and appetizers/dessert, napkins, rose gold plastic cutlery, and I also ordered 15 balloons, a mixture of normal latex and larger, pretty mylars that said HAPPY BIRTHDAY on them. They said the balloons would be ready at 10 AM on Saturday, day of the party. I showed up at 10:10 and they were all blown up and tied together, ready to go! I ended up buying some weighted things to tie them to for the ground, they offered to do it for me, but we weren't sure of the balloon placement yet, so we declined. Nice of them to offer! I often throw parties at my house, but I never decorate. If I decide to in the future, I will go back to Party Party. They seem to have everything one needs. Also, half the store is Halloween costumes, so be prepared to walk up and down every aisle to see what all they have and decide what you want to get!

The store has everything you need at reasonable prices compared to party city which I feel is a little overrated. This location reminds me of my hometown of the San Fernando Valley. We do a lot of ballon arches and when we are looking for a particular color you do not have them in stock. Whoever is in charge of stocking the ballon's they are not good at it. We've gone to your facility in Temecula and Perris. Now see, they are very helpful in these stores and always get the help that we need. Unfortunately the new store in San Jacinto is not on Yelp yet but please help them to improve and not make me drive miles just for ballon's that they don't carry. Thank you

As i walked i did acknowledge there was a sign on the door that said no strollers but when I walked in a nice gentleman did express to me. The reason why no trollers are allowed is for the safety of the children to prevent from dropping anything or breaking anything, I basically begged him to let me in. I promised I would do my best not to bump into anything and if I did break something I would pay for the item and I told him that I would shop quickly. I just looking for some candy. I did shop around for about a quick 10 minutes i did fill about half of my shopping carts, when a lady approaches me and repeatedly said there's no stroller allowed. I said I know I'm sorry, I apologized. She didn't even let me speak. She repeated again. There's no strollers allowed. I offered to leave my stroller with my twin babies on the side of the store. we're it wouldn't block anybody's way. She said I could to place the stroller in a spot clear from any piñata falling on top of the babies. Mind you the whole ceiling is filled with piñata's. Repeat it again. There's no strollers allowed in the store at this point I felt discriminated so I left. First time visiting this store, honestly don't plan on going back!
