I love the fact that they have wipe stations with trash cans underneath. Most members are good about wiping down the equipment after use. Unfortunately on my first day there I stepped in chewing gum by the front door. They need to have a trash can near that front door that you can see. A few days later, I have a piece of green chewing gum again on the elliptical. I just don't understand people. There are multiple trash cans with wipes on top. My only complaint is I never see anyone going around emptying the overflowing trash cans with paper on the floor, along with being out of wipes. Also the gym needs a thorough cleaning especially the elliptical area. It's very evident that the machines don't get wiped down or cleaned by a cleaning service. A lot of thick dust and sweat. Even though it is a gym, things should be wiped down etc. It would also be nice to have an area, with mats that you can wipe down for stretching instead of a dirty floor.

I was then given a return time to speak with Gabriella at 12:00 PM. I was 7 minutes early and introduced my self and noticed her name Tag and I said I was here to interview with her. She told me to sit down and she would be over. Justin an MIT came over and said she was on the phone now. He would be talking with me. Had a good chat and tour. Justin said Jeremy the area manager would be contacting me very soon. I got home and found two ding letters for both positions applied for. Let's tally the broken commitments. 1. No free workout must pay $15.00 2. No fist bump from a manager or scheduled interview from a clearly available manager. 3. No call from the Area Manager for a clearly qualified cannidate. I will stick to my club and not Fall for Crunch Fitness's version of integrity.

They say there's a "cutoff date" to cancel, but it feels completely arbitrary. I was just one day past the deadline and was still charged for another month. When I tried to sort it out, Chelsey at the front desk did her best to help, but her manager, Ryan, who she was texting at the time, made it clear he didn't care about my situation at all. Overall, this location feels poorly managed and not particularly clean. I'd recommend checking out another gym if you want a more professional experience.
