Thx thx! These guys, Tue, and Hamuza run a quality gym! Hamuza is quick to access your punches and kicks and offer constructive feedback so you're not just out there using crummy form over and over getting simply a cardio workout -you're improving your skill set as well. When back in CPH, I'll definitely train here again!! Also not to worry if your don't have pads, gloves, etc. there is loads of gear here to use....until of course you fall hard for the sport, (and your new fitness level) and buy your own gear. :) I'm a fan.
