I had called around 5 different numbers before they came in and gladly gave me assistance (even though this was the first time they had towed an electric bike!!), and they also let me ride back to campus in their truck. One of the guys even fixed the bike up and gave me advice to make sure what happened (the back wheel popping off) never does again. Mind you, they did all of this FREE OF CHARGE!!! 1010% recommend these guys; they're super helpful and patient. Quite literally lifesavers. Not sure what all the negative reviews are about... my advice is to ignore them and see for yourself what they're about!
