Every time I've gone in I've gotten their cheapest oil change which is a pit crew. Today without telling me they decided that they were going to give me a standard oil change and charge me for this when I did not ask for a standard. Livid I went ahead and paid for it and would return with receipts from previous visits and to speak with a manger. I had already waited an hour at this point. I happened to have receipts from previous visits in my car and took them in and asked to speak with a manger. While waiting for a manager, another employee sat there and tried to tell me that one of the technicians told her thats what I requested. It was not what I requested and he wouldn't even be the one to know what I requested because it was not him who I even talked to. The store managers solution was to instead of giving me a refund for charging me for something I didn't request or ask for, was to bring my car back in and waste more time for them to "re-do" my oil change. Yeah no thanks, I just won't be back.

This store is in close proximity to the iconic and gorgeous campus of Grambling State University. We arrived early in the morning and were given excellent customer service that was in all ways friendly, quick and efficient. We would definitely rent a moving vehicle from here again. The office from which we rented was also filled with all sorts of neat trinkets for purchase, including merchandise for the Nee Orleans Saints and of course, the Grambling State University Tigers. What was most surprising and delightful is the fact that they sold an incredibly unique selection of ice cold canned soft drinks out of a tiny fridge in the office there with brands and flavors represented such as Cheerwine and Tahitian Treat. And the prices for these beverages was more than reasonable as well.
