Since they switched over to another company that handles the finacial side they are terrible went into my cart to see how much shipping would be for my items it confirmed my purchase and processed it automatically. It also added 14.00 in Insurance I never asked for. There also was nowhere to cancel my order. I emailed them. I was told they do not handle the finacial end of the transaction. Buyers beware!!! Was sent 4 defective reels. I tried getting ahold of them to send them back for a exchange for 4 of the same reels BUT not broken. They never ever responded. There shipping is a lie. I been shipping packages for customers for over 15 years and never ever ever have I had a package take along as it dose with BCT. There customer service is very poor. They also screwed a friend of mine over for over 200$ order that got lost in shipping. They told him tuff. Take it up with post office!! Witch is BS. Us as customers pay for a service that was never received! They can not just keep your money and not supply the product period. They will bully you and make you think that.... it's BS call your card co. Tell them you paid for a service you never recived. The bank will get your money back. I do all my Carp gear purchases from overseas, and get them in just 14 days.... with BCT it will be a month or longer and you'll be left in the dark with emails. I ordered few things and I paid extra for postal service like 30 dollars... I got my package after 14 days... I ordered more stuff they sent 3 packages... and they used 2 carriers.... 2 package with FedEx which I already got it and 1 with usps... and I still waiting for this package 10 days ago... is insane why they sending stuff with multiple carrier... dosent makes any sense... also if you getting more bad reviews about carrier llet's say usps...I wouldn't use it anymore because is messing up my busniess... also they not even responding on my messages.... read more
