I had a plumber come out last week to fix a leak inside our house. He parked beside the trash…read moredumpster. The trash service would not pick up, and now I have to wait another two weeks for them to come or pay $80 to have them come out now. I never received any sort of notification. When I spoke with an account manager she was very rude and would not let me speak to anyone else. She said their answer would be the same. She said they did send out an email (strange I never received it). She said she would also send me a picture they took (never received that either). Her answer basically was not to park in front of my house anywhere in the vicinity of the dumpster from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. on pick up day since they also do not guarantee what time they will be at a residence. I am a single parent of four kids, we have a lot of trash that now does not fit in our dumpster and I have been a loyal, pay-on-time customer for almost three years. I would not recommend this company if this is the way they treat their customers. I am canceling today.
