We purchased our condo 1/2026 and having a completely new HVAC system installed 2/3/26. Carl was friendly, gave us some really important climate control advice, thorough and took all the precautions to keep dust out of our condo. Each register was removed, cleaned and reinstalled after the duct system was thoroughly cleaned with the help of the BEAST. Large foam blocks were put in place at the end of each duct run to prevent dust and aid in the cleaning process. We were very pleased with the service Carl and his team provided and highly recommend them if you need duct cleaning.

I need preface this review based on the fact that Top's was at the time the only septic service…read morethat had septic tank rentals and fresh water deliver in the San Angelo area. So I really had no choice of services. With that said, Top's is either over booked or poorly operated because between truck breakdowns and unanswered phones there was never a time in 3 1/2 months that our tank was either filled or overflowing. I expected better service when the owner shows up, but not so much. Trying to schedule a pump out was difficult with busy signals, full voice mailbox or no returned calls. Requested scheduled 14 day pump out, turned into 17 days after repeated calls. Then requested 7 day pump out, turned into 10 days with still no show. Mind you these delayed pump outs mean sewage overflowing onto the ground and waste water standing in sinks and showers. I have since found a new player in septic service in San Angelo which I'll review after a few weeks of service. Until then Top's you can pickup your septic tank it's empty and ready to go. The new guy pumped it out since you can't be bothered to.
