Sanders Catering for TMMI yesterday was horrific. I have been to many events where catering was…read morefor hundreds of people and the food was actually enjoyable. This was an appreciation dinner from Toyota and it was an insult. I chose a vegetarian option as I do not eat pork. I was served a styrofoam container of lettuce, a bag of French dressing and a small container of cheese. My coworkers meals did not look much better. I received no dinner roll, crackers. Essentially someone opened a bag of lettuce and dumped it in. Should I ever have a personal occasion to host a dinner, I will never contact Sanders.
