They were good at communicating by text which was my preferred way of getting info, & there were no problems ever getting in or out of the place. We went unprepared without a lock for the door & they had one for a very reasonable price, so they made everything very easy. I've never had to pay to store anything before but Emma made it easy & considering I paid 1 month divided by 3, it was a great value. It's also an easy location to find which is huge when you're new in town, even a smallish town! But Emma, the face of the company made it more than pleasant. She's professional & personable & helpful in every way!

Never a late/missed rent payment of $160 per month. Today I received a voice-mail telling me to get my RV off the lot immediately. No reason was given. Upon calling the business number I got voice-mail explaining that Rim Country Storage is "now managed by Professional Services Management." We have always dealt with the owner not a management service. Possible change of ownership, don't know. Couldn't get the "professional manager" to return my call ... MAYBE LOOK ELSWHERE if not you may be thrown out/off the property with NO NOTICE along with anything you may have in their storage facility.
