No one told me. No text. Nothing. I had to go to their web sight to find out what was going on. a minor inconvenience. So, moved from Wednesday to Thursday. Eh, okay. I can manage. Snowed on Wednesday night, about half an inch. No pick up again. No phone call, no text. Nothing. went to the web sight, and lo and behold, they just blow off my pick up. not happening until next week. I'm curious, does waste management care at all for their customers? Here is their service from my point of view. 1. Not concerned with providing the service they are contracted to do. 2. Customer service is almost nonexistent. 3.
