I would not recommend this Realtor. My son and I contracted on a house which was contingent upon…read morethe sale of his house. we used Poltrock for that sale also, which in hindsight was probably a bad move. The realtor from Poltrock failed to collect/process the earnest money, told us that they "were out of signs" when we asked for additional signage and finally lowered the sales price of my sons house 18k after 3 weeks without my sons permission. This forced my son to withdraw his offer, so it affected several families down the line. I could go on, but suffice it to say I would never use or recommend company. We filed a complaint against Poltrock with the NC real estate commission and are still awaiting results.
