I am so happy I found Big Frog T-Shirts. I was able to get a ticket to be in the audience of a game show and I stopped in at Big Frog and this guy (I wish I knew his name) helped me design an awesome shirt to wear to the show. He had fantastic graphics to work with and we designed a custom shirt - from Denver - to wear to the show. He took extra time to make sure that everything was lined up perfectly and there were no missing "holes" in the design. The usual turn around time is 24 hours but the shop wasn't busy so he made the shirt while I waited. I am VERY happy with the service I received today. I know that I will be back to this shop for any custom printing that I need later. read more

It was fine - about what I expected. I ordered one shirt and it fits pretty well, but it is very thin, cheap, and the graphic looks faded. I received my order within a week of placing it which was good, but I have no idea if this would still be true for larger orders. Email correspondence was quick, polite, and all of my questions were answered in a timely manner. The employees in the store were not nearly as cheerful or personable as they seemed in the emails, though. Overall, this experience was okay. read more

Disappointed, dissatisfied, to say THE LEAST! We ordered nice polo type shirts that were cotton for our female employees and polyester and spandex ones for our male employees. We had our logos put on and assured that they would be good to go for at least a few months of washing before any real noticeable fading would happen on either material. We got our shirts pretty quickly, but they had ordered the wrong ones for the females. We took them back and they ordered the right ones while assuring our satisfaction. We got our correct shirts and they looked nice. * The Kicker*~ Upon washing the shirts once they all faded ! On ONE wash. That one wash made the shirts Soo faded you could clearly see it wasn't Quality!!! By the third wash you couldn't see the logo because it was a blur! We were absolutely shocked and disappointed!!! Talked with customer service over the phone and came in. Never have we ever been treated so rudely. The manager came out when the young lady who was attending to us found out we were dissatisfied . The Manager basically tried to make us look stupid in front of other customers. She offered our money back and blamed the fading on us. read more

If I could get zero stars I would. Do not come here to make a shirt of your lost love one! First off the guy helping me was super rude when making it he it made me feel like it was a burden to put wings on my dead sister!! So I go to pick up my shirt and it has a burned stains all over her picture and ink marks all over her beautiful face and angle wings. This was so upsetting to me because this was first time I've ever put my sister on a shirt. THATS HARD ENOUGH ALONE!! I shouldn't have to deal with horrible customer service on top of that. Anyways I was very unhappy and they eventually remade the shirt after going off. Remaking my shirt wasn't enough to accommodate the horrible customer service or experience. The way I was treated, they didn't cared I came back. So if you want a wack shirt with some stains on it and customer service problems then I suggest you do go there. read more

Ordered some bridal party tees last month - the staff was able to provide the exact tee I wanted (longer & soft) and took the extra time with me to create the perfect shirt - and they nailed it! Even better, the order was finished even before the original promised date. However, the lady who helped me; I don't remember her name; sorry I'm bad with names but it was something like Kathy. Anyway, the young lady was so willing and happy to help that you would think that she was making it fit herself. She was AMAZING, so friendly and so willing to make my initial idea just amazing. Excellent service. I had a small job (two hoodies with vinyl) that had to be done in a rush. The staff helped me design the apparel and got it done on time. However, when I picked up the hoodies, there was a small glitch in the print, barely even noticeable. They acknowledged the small mistake, and without hesitation offered to print a couple more hoodies at no cost. "We want it to be perfect", they said.
