We had an event in Denver that we needed the sign for, they delivered it and picked it up from our event venue for us and shipped it back to our headquarters in San Francisco. Of course, because nothing goes smoothly, when it arrived the box was damaged and our sign was broken :( Not only did they deal with UPS to handle they claim, they sourced and coordinated another neon sign vendor nearby our office to come and repair the breaks for us!
