I was told the design would be ready to approve in two weeks. I waited and waited. After waiting 3 weeks, I called and found out the order had never been processed but it could be ready the next day. Do not waste your money or time with this place! This place must be a hit or miss. Because my sister and I had the worst time trying to communicate with this place!! Been in contact since November about a order. Never heard back. So we would have to call & they would either ask if we can call back In 15min OR they would say that they would call/ email etc. within a certain amount of time and wouldn't get a response in days. Called to confirm an order, they didn't even have it in their system. Got our order the day before we needed it which was 2/20/22 ( mind you we been in contact since November 2021 ) Called day of pick up ( 2/19/22 ) confirming pick up, said it wouldn't be ready till 2pm ( closing time ) When we went to pick it up, the gold metallic we asked for was a Yellow to orange fade. The white lettering was FADED. Every shirt was STICKY all around. Paid $1,000 for this order. Waited weeks for the shirts & we get back TRASH. Definitely looked like they made the shirts the day of and rushed. Didnt bother going back in there to argue because we been so stressed from them for months and weeks for the ZERO COMMUNICATION. They can print your order within 24 hours if the shirt you want is in stock. I happened to want a style that wasn't in stock, so mine took about a day and a half. I took my creative design with me that they helped me fit to the shirt. The service couldn't have been more personalized. The entire staff is super friendly and professional. The dye bled on one of my shirts and they addressed it right away and offered a credit. I'm not experienced on t-shirt printing so I'm not sure if pricing was competitive but I paid just under $80 for three razor back t-shirts with double sided print. So almost $20 a shirt. It was a little expensive, but with a yelp deal, I went into Big Frog needing to get a few jerseys branded with my name and number for a team and they got it done in a few days. The quality is great - since I was getting the 'art' on synthetic shirts instead of 100% cotton, it took a little extra time but it came out awesomely and the woman that helped me was a really rad chick. I had to use them again to get special gifts made and I emailed 3 different t-shirt companies and Big Frog replied back the next day and gave me quotes and said they can meet my deadline. This place is awesome. Not only is everyone very friendly and has a great attitude, but they are also accommodating. I needed a shirt for my favorite sports team last minute because the game was on a Wednesday and I went in on the Tuesday before. Initially, he said he'd have the shirt done by Friday. I explained to him my urgency to get the shirt made, and he said he'd have it done within 24 hours; short notice, but I was very appreciative! We instantly jumped on his computer, googled the image I wanted on the shirt and then he recommended me some fonts that would look cool. Big Frog is an awesome business! I didn't know we had a custom t-shirt place in Tucson until I was looking around for some (incredibly last minute) Christmas gifts. I stopped in to look around and ask about the possibility of receiving shirts before Christmas, and talked with Paul, who gave me a "tour" and explanation of the facility and processes. I came in the next day, only 5 days before Christmas, and ordered 4 t-shirts. Alison, my designer, was fantastic. She has a great deal of talent with images, and was able to help me design t-shirts I loved (they were a hit with the recipients as well!). I received the email that the shirts were ready for pickup just two days later. The employees I interacted with were all very friendly and knowledgeable.
