I had driven by Big Frog probably 1,000 times over the years before finally venturing in to get some custom t-shirts made. I only needed five, but I needed them right away. The staff was terrific. One person helped choose the best kind of shirt for what I wanted, and another took the artwork I had and designed the shirt front -- allowing me to choose the colors, the type face and so on. It all took about 20 minutes, and I was able to pick up the finished shirts two days later. I was thrilled with how they came out. The only (very minor) downside is that they're not open on Saturdays, but that wound up not making any difference because they worked so fast. Thanks, Big Frog! read more

I walked in yesterday with full intent of giving this local shop my business. I need 100 shirts for my mothers memorial volunteer day. But instead of supporting them, I left after being completely ignored. When I entered a guy was on the phone and looking at the computer and a girl was behind a counter sitting, cutting paper. Neither said anything to me and continue about their business. There was ONE other customer in the store who said he'd been helped already. I then waited and waited to at least be greeted or acknowledged and nada. So I walked out. It was extremely disappointing since this place had good reviews and is close to my house but I will never give anyone a dime who can't provide adequate customer service. At the chili festival a few weeks ago big frog was doing a raffle and we won! So they said we can get a free t-shirt made of whatever picture we wanted, typically it's only $15 TOTAL! You just email them the picture you want and they will put it on a shirt. The only downside was they didn't have any black shirts, but they had a lot of other colors available. This place is right next to laptops plus on 17-92 if you know where that is. I know it's cheaper than the popular Cafepress and you get to go see the design in person before it's printed. I was in a big pinch last Thursday. I made the mistake of waiting until the last minute to have a custom shirt made for my sister's first marathon and assumed another company could do it in an hour. I was wrong - they wanted to hold the shirt overnight and I didn't have the time to wait. I immediately jumped on Yelp and found Big Frog's information online. I called and asked if they could print on a tech tee and they said yes. I asked how long it would take and they said they could print it while I waited - sold. I headed straight to Big Frog. The staff was AMAZING!!! I told them that I had called ahead and they immediately helped me with recreating the design I had envisioned on PhotoShop (they're pros - they worked fast). THEN they were kind enough to print my shirt in the middle of a big shirt order because they knew my time was limited. The shirt was exactly what I had pictured in my mind. My sister ended up wearing it for the Flying Pig Marathon and rocked it out to a 9 minute PR. They were able to do our order in one day and for a price that was cheaper than the average. However the customer service was absolutely terrible! They were rude and did not smile once. When asking if we could split the total cost on two credit cards, she replied "sure, it'll be more work for be but I guess." They were not creative and did not offer any suggestions for the design or show any interest. We brought in basic unisex pocket tees to be printed on and when we showed the designer, she said "pockets are a b**** to work with but it'll be fine." I went into Big Frog with 5 of my own shirts from Old Navy. Nancy, the owner, advised me of the pricing and actually told me that they were running a 15% off special for print only (which meant that I brought my own shirt instead of buying one of theirs). After my quote, I explained to the designer that I wanted each shirt to be different. Nancy said that when she gave me the quote, she thought that all of the shirts would have the same print on them, which takes less time, but that she would definitely honor the price she quoted me. I liked that! I also didn't realize how quick the service would be. I literally walked out with 4 of my shirts already finished and they looked awesome! My last shirt is black and because it is so dark, it needs printed using a different technique. The P90X logo that I wanted put on the shirt was also black, so the designer was going to invert it to white, so that I would stand out on the black shirt. It has been less than a couple hours and they already called me to let me know that my last shirt is finished. Great service, reasonable pricing and quick turnaround time! I read Chris's review. A $15 t-shirt? Really? Mine was $47 AND then was told I could drive 40 minutes each way to pick it up OR have their UPS guy send it to me for $10. There's a friggin PO a mile away and putting one t-shirt in an envelope and sending it is less than $2 (even with delivery confirmation) and they wouldn't do it. This is a total rip-off. Wow! Talk about customer service. I will definitely be a repeat client. I needed two individual custom shirts made and went all over town trying to get them done. Every place had a pretty large minimum requirement, and no one would do an individual shirt. One place told me to check out Big Frog, who was able to print what I needed. They were knowledgable and offered a quick turn around. When I picked up, there had been an error in the placement of the text. I COULD NOT BELIEVE it when the owner himself offered to go to H&M (where I got the tanks), and he was able to locate/purchase/reprint the shirts that very same day.
