This company was recommended to me from a few people so I was honestly expecting a no hassle, easy transaction but that is not what I got. I was working with Darrell and at first things seemed great. He was very helpful in giving me quotes for many different options but when I was ready to order it was a WHOLE different ball game. I first want to say that I have ordered a LOT of different types of merchandise for my company so I am not a newbie. The BIGGEST issue I had with this company is that they did NOT stick to the price that I was quoted for. I can totally understand a small difference in quoted prices because of tax, shipping, last minute changes, etc...but this was not a small difference. This was relatively going to be at least a $100 difference in price. And I didn't throw any curve balls at them. Darrell didn't seem very accommodating to even HONOR what price he originally gave me and kept giving me the run around with things such as colors, sizes, and front and back graphics. In the end, I told them that I would find someone else to fill our t-shirt needs as to it *seemed* like too much of an ordeal to get some decent customer service. The email I got back to this was "ok." Need I say more?
