The Seller, Erick Bickel said it was 2 years old, it was actually almost 7 years old, he indicated it was under warranty, when in fact he installed it himself and it had "dry rot" and not something covered under warranty. We were in the house only 5 months! and had to put in $8,0000 to have the liner replaced, installed, the pool filled back up and chemicals balanced. When we talked with our Realtor Deb Reaman she agreed the seller needed to make this right, but then Eric Bickel, the seller-stopped talking to us. Long story short-neither Better Homes and Gardens, the realtor Deb Reaman, or the seller Eric Bickel did anything to help correct this situation!
