The cashier charged me $38.26 for this other customer's failed payment and told me they were unable to refund me without a manager. I have called, sent emails, left contact requests, and still have not been refunded. I was told on several occasions they would refund my card and it never happened. It is ridiculous that my stop for a quick drink caused me to be out $38 dollars for something I never authorized or received. I would not recommend this company, as it is clear they do not care about their customers and are fine charging people for other people's purchases.

I will come back for the local Rodeo next summer and some of the community events they put on. Out-of-towners are welcome here TODAY, the way it used to be when everyone were friendly to strangers. On a road trip this summer, our 2000 Eurovan "died" a few hours out of Yellowstone National Park,…read morejust outside the town of Worland, Wyoming. AAA contacted Washakie Garage & Auto Salvage and the owner, Bill, promptly came to our rescue in the 95 degree heat. Bill made this entire experience as pleasant as it could possibly be given the circumstances. We appreciated the cool refuge of his garage where we could make repair arrangements, transfer our gear, and stay cool with ice cold Mountain Dew. We appreciated Bill's wife driving my daughter and I to the only car rental location in Worland - Hertz, so we could pick up a rental vehicle. Bill hauled our VW Eurovan to Metric Wrench in Billings Montana, about a 6 hour round trip, for the required repair so we could continue on to our ultimate destination in Minnesota. We picked up our repaired Eurovan in Billings on our way home to Seattle. Thank you for taking such good care of us!
