Now all my lug nuts are ruined and rounded off not only did I get charged up the butt for absolutely NOTHING I have to replace all lug nuts because their mechanic was too lazy to properly place the socket squarely on the lug nut. We went in first thing in the morning. He went into the brand new car with a torch. My husband informed him there was tint applied to the inside so he couldn't use a torch. The man responded, "Get this thing the fuck out of here!" It escalated from there, it was extremely unprofessional. If he didn't have an alternative method he could have simply said that. We would gladly go another route. It was upsetting and frustrating that this was our experience.
