It was a delicate situation, doing a removal of personal items for a family member who passed away whose mother was on site and grieving. The showed up late, at about 9:30 PM, quoted me a really high price that we were willing to pay just to be done with our nightmare of a move. They then told me they couldn't do it that night and they couldn't do it the next day (the 31st, when we had to be out of the property) because they were already booked up.
