The online chat to get in touch with someone has no agents manning it and all of the chats end with no response 4. Their physical office, despite saying they are open 7:30AM to 4:30PM on Sundays, is closed and locked and no one is there. Do not depend on Roscoe Brown because their "repairs" last barely two week and then they will NOT respond to you in an emergency. Use literally ANYONE else.

The cost of labor is $1.050 to replace a part under warranty. How does this make sense. Help me understand this.
