Everything was staged neatly and items were easy to access. There were a good amount of staff members around the store. The checkout is mainly self out now (it seems they are encouraging customers to use a card when checking out as opposed to cash). I appreciated the abundance of self check out kiosks. The line moved quickly.

Some products are actually more than $5, so I wish the prices were a little lower. Overall, though, I'm happy with my purchase!

BUT check everyone's bags not just the black people... A worker/manager (see photo) told me to check/leave my bags at the front, which I obliged - again due to the area. However, neglected to ask any other non-black patrons to do the same (see photos). I then had to stand in line for 10 minutes to retrieve my belongings because they had one person working the register. Took my business next door to dollar tree, and BBB will be hearing about this.

The area of Shadyside and East Liberty is so busy so this Target is a great spot. They have free parking!!! We have found the selection to be great and when we have needed help the staff has been so friendly. Did I mention they have free parking??? Target isn't a "discount" or "value" store" so I do not go there looking for a bargain; I do go there wanting to find what I need for a fair price. I love that they have a CVS in the store as we tend to use the Target CVS for prescriptions due to their hours being better for those who have a job and need to get stuff in the evenings.

I used to go to Aldi, but now their prices have risen to be about the same as target so typically if they actually have what I'm looking for I'll go to target instead since it's more convenient. It's nice that they have the Starbucks and the eye doctor place in the target. I got my eyes checked at their clinic before and it was a fairly easy and reasonably priced experience. The glasses selection isn't really that great though so I'd recommending just doing the check up and then waiting to order glasses online.

They even have a really nice farmer's market weekly starting in May. There are so many nice vendors that come weekly. You can get anything from vegetables to meals to lite bites and dessert. They also usually have at least 1-3 food trucks outside too. We also like going to the stores there too. There are so many nice places to buy discount clothes. Paris Baguette is my favorite place there. They have the best pastries. We love the monthly special, chocolate croissants, mochi donuts and sandwiches. The cakes are so moist and delicious. They also have lots of nIce events for kids and families like a safety event and gingerbread houses at Christmas.

This shopping center is near where I live. It is currently undergoing much renovations. Many…read morebusinesses have come and gone but it does have some perks going for it. Giant Eagle sits on the grounds of a former K-Mart. It is not an overly large store but provides for my weekly shopping needs. Directly across from it is a Getgo with a kiosk for small purchases and payments. Off to the corner is Ryan Automotive, home of Goodyear tires and car repairs. Some of the ongoing tenants include "eye guys" a vision store, Rite Aid, Gentry cleaners, Busy Beaver off to one corner, a bowling alley, three different banks, Save a lot grocery, and a great breakfast/lunch spot called Hanlon's cafe (reviewed separately). Hess Physical therapy stands in place of a former Payless shoe store. There is also a Dollar tree and a small gym called Wright's. Check out their website for complete store listing. There is plenty of parking spaces. Around the perimeter you will find Walgreen's, CVS, Crafton ice cream shop (open seasonally) and a post office. You are also close to both Crafton and Ingram Park and the adjoining West Bus way stop. There is a lot of turnover in this mall. It sometimes gets difficult to maneuver because to enter a particular store you need to walk the appropriate ramp. I like having three banks within the immediate vicinity and having convenience nearby. Since it is an old shopping center be aware of safety concerns. Hopefully the renovations once completed may attract more visitors to the community.
