I have to say this is one of the nicer Walmarts I've been too. It is clean, always stocked, and well organized. Workers are friendly and helpful as well. If I could give this store a negative number I would. (1) the parking lot is a freaking maze. Who thought that this was a good idea (2) customer service - the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. Additionally, they are hiring more and more hispanics who (1) if they are out of the floor in their cute little blue walmart vest and you ask them for help you receive "no habla ingles and (2) God forbid if you go through a a register that is not self help and you get a spanish speaking employee. A couple of days ago I went through a register where there was a spanish speaking employee and at the next register (wait for it) ANOTHER spanish speaking employee. The employee where I was checking out never acknowledged me, she continued to speak to her "friend" at the next aisle (of course in spanish), At one point she quit scanning my items, turned her back on m and continued her conversation with the other cashier (again in spanish). I had to tell her to stop what she was doing and scan my merchandise. Of course her conversation continued and I finally asked if we were in Mexico to which she flippantly replied "no Cuba". Seriously, Walmart considers this good customer service ?? There are more and more hispanics at this store who apparantly have difficulty with English and i have to wonder if they are even legal. You have crappy customer service people at your self check outs. You had a big thing of All detergent that was put on a shelf spot for 9.48. It rang up 17.97 at the register. I tried telling the customer service rep at register #25 that it was supposed to be for that price. She said no and did not believe me. I went back and took a picture. I went to her and showed her. I then walked away and said you guys suck. What kind of management do you have working there. You can't even train employees to put items on the shelf correctly. I witnessed a hit and run in the parking lot so I took pictures of both cars and a video of the car's license plate that drove away. the supervisor inside said verbatim "We can't do anything about that until you call and report it to the moon police and they might ask us for our security footage". Even though it's on Walmart property they didn't want to page the driver of the car that was hit so I could give them info. Disgusting. In the Moon Township location in Pennsylvania We had a terrible experience. We were in the meat department looking for a specific item. It was not there and so we asked the employee there if he could check for the item. He doesn't move or even acknowledge us. My husband asks him a second time and he says that stocking the items took priority over any bullshit requests. He continued to curse at my husband. We were understandably shocked. We went and complained about this to a nearby manager who just said okay. He also did nothing now did he go look for our item. read more

This location is amazing! I no longer have to visit the Robinson location!!!! I feel like celebrating. The moon location is so clean and love the set up. I really like that there is a subway restruant located inside walmart vs. McDonalds!!!!! Healther option is awesome. The ladies room is even clean and several stalls yet! It wasn't over crowded and plenty of cashiers open. I have struggled going to Robinson for years since it's the closest to me .. but no more will I suffer. I found my new walmart! read more

Deliver Drivers Steal Items....this is per Walmart Corporate. Walmart Corporate will refund the order, but you MUST call customer service. They do not put up any hassle because they can see the issue directly on their end. It ends up the drivers have the power to "reject" the order, which puts it in a state of "delay" while they pocket the items without any flags in the system. This "reject" state results in "order delayed" on the walmart app, and on tracking. Walmart customer service must then check with the store on a different system. On that system, the order will be listed as "canceled" at the date of original "reject". Walmart Corporate says this is a common issue over which they have no control. Walmart Moon Township refuses to answer calls. So, they obviously have quite a serious issue read more

I didn't think the Moon Township Walmart parking lot could get any worse, but since the "remodel" lol, it is total garbage. Who thought it would be a good idea to make the entryway to the parking lot even narrower than it already is?? The layout is completely unaccommodating even to the average-sized vehicle. Worse than Baden, Robinson or Monaca, although they could use improvement as well. I usually go early in the morning before work and the aisles are hard to maneuver because the staff has to stock the shelves. (understandable but still awkward). Some of the staff have given me the evil eye when I would politely say "excuse me, I just need to get something" as if they are being inconvenienced. Especially the pop aisle guy and the deli area. Hey, sorry I stopped in to BUY something. There is one cashier who has been working there for several years, and she is pleasant, wish I knew her name, she has short gray haircut. I have shopped at the Moon Township Walmart since final construction. There are a number of good things I could say about positive experience, however, my complaint about this Walmart is the entire check out debacle. When I shop it is for food, personal items, etc. for our household. Full buggies! I noticed long lines and very few (maybe one with one leaving). I have spoken to managers about this service failure(s). The corporate mindset is determined press each customer through the self scan lines. WELL, Walmart isn't paying me to do my own checkout! A couple days ago I went shopping at our Moon Township Walmart only to.discover barriers set up to force shoppers to self scan. In order to go to a register with clerk. I had to cut through self scan to reach check out #16. I have only spoken to one manager last Christmas that could even talk to me about the issue. Most either look away or shrug their shoulders. Absolutely no customer service. I spend roughly a thousand dollars a month in their store. I'm done, over cooked. I think Giant Eagle or Aldi's would like me back again. read more

Honestly I'm conflicted, I hate giving negative feedback and so I'm going to make this as constructive as possible. First the only thing that saved this from being a one start is that when I came in I asked one of the employees a question he was very friendly. Second on the self checkout, I've never we had an employee of any company be more rude without me ever even saying a word. I went to go to a self checkout and from context clues after the incident I guess the employee working in the area, at 9:30pm on Sunday April 14th , had been doing something with that particular checkout. Before I realized this though(keep in mind I still haven't said a word) she looked at me and said "that ones open, and that ones open" pointing for me to go to a different one, then gave me a dirty look and never said another word. I quietly went to one of the ones she suggested and cashed myself out. I know I shouldn't expect the service I get when I go to the local groceries but I at least expect to not be talked down to when I never even spoke a single word. I guess I'll plan ahead better from now on and not do my shopping so late at night that the local places aren't open. That wasn't very constructive though was it read more

Unfortunately, this store is now showing a lack of concern for Covid safety. They removed the directional arrows and controls in the aisles. Now customers are bumping into each other rather than going all in the same direction. Does the store management not realize that the pandemic is worsening not improving. read more

The Moon Township Walmart is definitely the nicest Walmart I have ever visited! The lines are long and it's crowded, just like any other Walmart. But unlike the other locations I've been to, this place is super clean and has a great selection of products. I was so impressed with the huge organic produce section right in the front of the store. Also, the bathrooms are clean. And I'm pretty sure that just about never happens at Walmart. There are bricks built into the sidewalk leading into this Walmart, and this store has gorgeous architecture and design. I am so impressed with this Walmart! If you typically go shopping at Walmart and this one is nearby, I would recommend this location for sure. Definitely the best Walmart I've ever visited. read more

this pharmacy is run by incompetent people that cannot follow the simplest of instructions like how to fill a 90 day prescription, they charged me my copay on the first visit and only gave me 30 then I went back 3 weeks later and they gave me 30 again and tried charging me again, now I went back today to get the last 30 and they told me the insurance needs pre approval for a prescription that they should have been filled 60 days ago. read more

And now this Wal-Mart out here in Moon township has developed up in the place where West Hills shopping center once sat . Now traffic around the store may be hectic when work days begin and end because of people in and out of the parking lot . So if you're out shopping , and know the places you wish to travel to , devize a route so that you might be able to avoid the times when people are coming from the parkway . They never have any aisles open, except for the self checkout, which is usually super long at both ends, but yet there ar more than enough employees that I see walking around doing nothing or they have more employees stocking than at the registers regardless if the lines are super long. I am very excited that Moon finally has a Walmart. The store is always clean and well stocked. Walmart is a college student's best friend, and this Walmart is mine. It is convenient, but the parking lot is a nightmare. There is bound to be an accident there soon with so little room to pull in and out epically since I have a larger car. I have no issues with the employees or the store itself. My issue is the length of time it takes to check out at the cashiers or the self checking. There were 10 cash registers but only 5 had cashiers open and at lunchtime, a very busy time. The self checking areas had long lines. In a corporation in which the owners can earn $1.2 billion in a day how can they allow checking out to continue to be a very unpleasant experience. This has been true in PA and also in CA when I lived there. It had to be a twenty minute wait in line. And one cashier had three people in line and he just closed. The three people had waited for some time already. I let one guy go ahead of me. What a very sad consumer experience. I imagine going to one line that feeds all the registers has been tried but was found to not produce the profits the owners are accustomed to enjoying. read more

Okay, so it's finally open. On the plus side, it's nice and shiny and clean. When I purchase half and half, I always buy 2 quarts--one regular and one fat-free, then I mix them at home {half of half and half!!}. Every other place I've purchased this, I've had a problem with it going bad before it gets used up, but with the brand new coolers this Walmart has, that hasn't been a problem. Also, they carry products that I always buy, but which the next-closest Walmart has dropped, so it really is one-stop shopping for me. The only negative thing, and I feel it's a big one, is the parking lot. HORRIBLE!! There are only a couple ways out of the actual parking lot which get you to the access road that leads you to two ultimate exits. This results in hairpin turns which are then a foot from a stop sign, so your vehicle ultimately is angled and blocking other vehicles which are also in the same bad positions. Then, the have yield signs at all 3 or 4 places intersecting the access road. Okay, all those intersections JUST CAN'T have yield signs, both logically and in practice!! It ends up with NOBODY moving, EVERYBODY moving simultaneously, and no one knowing who's supposed to go where, and when. It's absurd! They need to eliminate some of the trees and concrete curbs/barriers to even begin to make it safer. read more
