This store has boxes of shipments ALL OVER THE STORE! It was safety hazard after safety hazard. It was cluttered, dirty, chaotic and so disorganized. Even the cash wrap desk was full of random clutter. I came here to buy a dress for a wedding and there were hardly any clothes for women. Where women's clothes used to be were now household items. The dressing rooms were "closed" while the store was still open. I'll start going to a different location from now on. They need to work on this store!

This Maxx had a very small selection of men's coats (only three actual coats in my size, two of the same style). I found a coat, yay! And a few other items like home office decor, holiday candles, wool socks, a roll of ELF wrapping paper, etc. I always forget that TJ Maxx carries things at a good discount, like winter undergarments, Holiday decor, wrapping paper, and all things to get you prepared for the Winter.

I was disappointed to see that some stores had relocated, but I was happy to see a lot of familiar stores prospering. I have always enjoyed ambience and aromas while walking the main corridor. The entire mall is blessed with staff that is very Wisconsin friendly. All were helpful in helping our small group find and direct us to the appropriate stores to make our purchases. We needed some special products and because of their help we were able to locate them. As we walked in the main corridor staff members were saying hello and giving out samples, including food and fragrances. The mall staff/security were very helpful also. We were trying to find the best place to stand to get public transportation. He not only told us, but he took us there and stayed with us until public transportation arrived. He was the perfect representative for Southridge Mall! Great stores such as Macy's, Bed Bath & Beyond, Starbucks, Mrs Fields, Cinnabon, Foot locker, Claire's, JCPenney and many others are all located at this mall. They're undergoing renovation but it is worth a trip. Easy parking in the front or behind for those that decide to drive. Public transportation from buses to trains have stops located near entrances. I hope new stores will find their way to this location.

I understand they have a job to do but it's EVERY aisle, and it makes navigating the store extremely difficult. I needed someone to take a security sensor off of an item and had to stand around waiting while the teenage employees stand around the customer service desk talking with each other. I miss the friendly employees this location used to have, and the easy accessibility to navigate this store.

What made this experience even weirder...when I originally dropped off the returns, the lady behind the counter said: "hold on to your return receipts, Amazon has not been getting all of their returns from this location." I should have turned around with my items and dropped them off at a different Kohls location.
