One of the cases was 3 months past and the other was 6 months past. (I bought the items 4 days prior). They decided to refund some of my money instead of the full amount of the items, I wanted them to replace the items but they did not want to go forward with that option. So after driving back to the store and standing in line forever since this store only opens one cashier at a time, I was refunded $5 versus the market value of around $9. Check all the items you buy here because they do not check for expired items and their customer service is terrible.

If I ever need discounted cosmetics or home goods I stop at this store. They are conveniently located and have a large parking lot. The store is kept fairly clean and is relatively organized. The loss of Jr. anchors, including Old Navy and soon Dick's will only accelerate the malls end. What's left? Burlington and Books A Million are the best-known remaining stores. Empty storefronts dominate all wings of the mall now, with the Bon-Ton wing now being almost empty. The empty storefronts of Gap, Old Navy, Hot Topic, Arby's, and f.y.e. all remain identifiable, a reminder of this mall's better times. Ownership has not been keeping up with maintenance, as the parking lot has several areas blocked off and water damage is beginning to become more visible in several places. The area surrounding the mall has started to rebound after several tough years, with replacements coming in for Gander Outdoors, Grizzly Industrial, Pier 1, and Toys R Us. This makes the property attractive for redevelopment. What will happen to the mall? Demolition. Walmart would be an obvious option for a redevelopment, as the Williamsport area lacks a Walmart Supercenter and the current store in Montoursville has no room for expansion. Some portion of the mall and Burlington could remain depending on how creative future ownership can be. I can remember when this was one of the good malls that would be a special trip to shop at. Sadly, those days are over, like the Lycoming Mall.

Except today when I couldn't wait to get out of the store as it seemed Target was lax enforcing mask protocols with customers. After walking in, within a few feet of the registers I ran into several unmasked customers. About halfway through shopping, I made the decision that this trip was not worth it and headed for the exit. Exiting, I also ran into several unmasked customers near the checkouts. Target did not have anyone enforcing masks at the entrance, which I suspect was part of the problem. I hope the store fixes this, as it's not time to get lax with a possible end of the pandemic in sight.

It was organized pretty well, but the prices were high for the quality of the merchandise. I realize this is a second hand shop but some of the clothing, shoes, items should have been thrown in the trash! One woman was in the back organizing books while two other women were carrying on so loudly it was traveling through the entire store. I will also say that two children (I think a staff members) were playing and kind of destroying the children's area. It was extremely hard to look through. I wouldn't return to this location any time soon.

She was knowledgeable and spent a lot of time learning about what we wanted before she started showing us rings. Compared to the other stores, her prices seemed lower, and my fiancee got exactly the ring she wanted. We didn't just find the right ring. We found our Jeweler for life.
