Needed some photos copied, in the electronics dept. Of the 3 computers, only one was working and…read moresomeone had broken a piece of a memory stick off, into the slot. One of the elecetronics employees worked, using all kinds of little pieces of things to get that usb slot freed of whatever was broken and stuck in it. He fixed it and I was able to print photos. Unfortunately, many of them weren't printed right, so I had to return to get them reprinted. An employee, Gael, helped me. He edited several photos and reprinted them for me, then helped me select a security camera. Super helpful and a true asset to the store and electronics dept. Gael is very young but, I see a great future in whatever he does. Kudos to him. I want to add that, I have never had an issue with returning any item here. Any employee that's helped me during a return has been really kind and respectful. ( wish I could remember the lady that helped me the last time I was there for a return. She was great!) Working in returns can be pretty unpleasant but, I have never been treated poorly there.

I found myself being shadowed even though the only thing i was guilty of was opening a light package to make sure the product was inside. It wasn't. I found the missing product in the bin and placed it INSIDE the package it'd been removed from. They have a huge selection of gift items, a lot of nifty little nick knacks, and what have yous. I went really only for an amazon return drop off as i was in the area and stood in line for what totaled about 20 minutes, most of which was spent as the next person in line with literally no one in front of me or being helped at the desk but with 6 associates standing behind the desk all except for one completely ignoring me and the accumulating people behind me in line which ended up being about 15 people at the end. It's just my interpretation but seemed like these women were all ignoring me deliberately except for one nice lady who was clearly busy and acknowledged me twice to apologize and even asked her manager to help me but the manager decided not to i guess as she just looked at me and said/did nothing. I finally spoke up and said, I'm sorry but will there be someone available to help me? SIX of these women all then Yelled at me, all in unison as if I'm was crazy to even say anything. They Yelled at me. So i yelled back and told them they don't need to all yell at me as I'm just asking for help. Then a random guy behind me took it upon himself to jump on this opportunity to berate me and call me names including the C word as though I'm somehow being difficult by asking for service. His girlfriend tried to stop him and he was being threatening. I will never shop at this store again as it's clearly not even safe.
