The employees were very nice but I'm not happy with the rest of my experience…read more I placed an order for pick up and also picked up a few items when I got there. I purchased Outshine Popsicles in store and the aisle stated they were $4.99 but my receipt shows $6.29. I've been having this happen more and more with local Targets and it's hard for me to catch at the register when I have 2 small children to control. And as for the few items I picked up, 2 different pizza crusts were expired. One expired in December (over 5 months ago) and was rock hard and broken. The other pizza crust expired early April (about 6 weeks ago). Sometimes the circle deals are only for pick up or drive up but then it's so annoying when you get home to realize they gave you expired food. I also tried buying Grove spray bottles that were supposed to be Buy 1 Get 1 Free but only 1 was in the bag so I ended up getting a refund because no one could figure out how to get the app to accept 2 of them for the Buy 1 Get 1 free promotion.

Took me extra time to back up and was super obnoxious. The second an awful employee ( Amanda) yelled at me, refused my coupons ( saying you can't use coupons on sale items) I read her the target coupon policy and she still wouldn't take them. Then I asked to see her manager and she said she was a manager. Asked to see the gm and she said she was the gm. And when confronted on this she continued to argue, lie, and make a scene. It was super uncomfortable and unprofessional. I just asked for my coupons back and paid. I just wanted to get out of there.

TL;DR for management (and anyone else who actually reads these):…read moreOn May 1st, I received the kind of customer service that sticks with you--the kind that's rare, not because it's flashy, but because it's competent, thoughtful, and consistent. I spent over a decade in client-facing sales, including quality assurance and training, and I've seen what "above and beyond" really looks like. Shalisha at the Royersford Kohl's Sephora absolutely nailed it. Her initiative, product knowledge, time management, and customer-first approach stood out immediately--not just in how she helped me, but in how she handled the entire store. This is the kind of employee you want leading teams and training others. I came in the store looking for foundation that works well for my skin--this has been an ongoing and frustrating search. Shalisha gave a warm and enthusiastic greeting--and though I took up more of her time than I intended, she gave her all to this interaction and maintained that high level of supportive enthusiasm throughout my visit. Shalisha listened, asked the right questions, and walked me through several options that actually made sense for my skin. And not just what was on the shelf--she also referenced products carried in full-size Sephora locations, not available at this one. That's the kind of product familiarity you don't get from a one-time training session. It comes from effort, and choosing to learn about everything, not just what she personally uses. She's young and has flawless skin, which made it all the more impressive how well she understood what works (and what doesn't) on skin that's aging, textured, or harder to match. That tells me she's not just learning to serve people like herself--she's learning to serve everyone. That doesn't happen by accident. That's what it looks like when someone takes real pride in their work and uses their downtime to learn, not just wait out their shift. And her customer handling? Spot-on. While she was helping me, other customers came in. I noticed right away that she didn't panic, didn't ignore anyone, and didn't try to rush me to get to the next person. She looked up, acknowledged the new customer (just enough to let them know they'd be helped), then smoothly gave me a bit of space to explore the products she'd recommended while she addressed the next person. Nobody felt ignored. Nobody stood awkwardly waiting. That's real time management, and it's hard to teach. Also worth mentioning: I asked if she worked on commission--because the kind of effort she put in would make sense if she did. But no. No commission. No incentive other than doing the job well. That's rare. Most people don't go this far even when they are getting a bonus. So to see it from someone in a non-commissioned retail role? That's next-level. For context: My career was in customer service-oriented sales, including quality assurance and training. Having been trained by a Fortune 50 company known for winning the J.D. Power award for customer experience year after year, I have a solid understanding of what good client service should look like. I've also reviewed thousands of customer interactions from the coaching side. So I don't throw around compliments lightly, and I don't say someone's exceptional unless I really mean it. I'm also not the type of person who shops in person unless I absolutely have to. I order groceries, glasses, medication--everything--online. But the quality of service at this location, especially from Shalisha, is making me rethink that. When someone makes the experience this smooth and genuinely helpful, it's worth making the trip. If you're in management--especially district or regional--please take note. Shalisha isn't just a good hire. She's a high-return investment. She knows how to handle clients, how to adapt to different needs, and how to keep things moving without sacrificing quality. She's the kind of person you build a team around, and if there's any discussion happening around leadership or advancement, her name should be on that list. Sincerely, Sam T. May 2025

I've been shopping at this location for over 20 years, and every time I come in, I find something I…read moredidn't even know I needed! Yesterday was no exception. I found a very stylish pill organizer that was exactly what I had been looking for. I also picked up a great travel toiletry set that came with six refillable bottles for lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and other essentials perfect for traveling. I even found a pair of cute sandals for only $8.50! I found a cute dress, shirt and pants that were on clearance!! They have fragrances for a good price! One thing I really love is their food selection. They always have unique snacks, treats, and international foods that are fun to try. This store truly has a little bit of everything. Whether you're shopping for luggage, pocketbooks, home décor, electronics, workout items, beauty products, travel accessories, clothing (the designer section) shoes jewelry or food, you're almost guaranteed to walk out with something you love. It's definitely worth stopping in and browsing!

While there were other employees already working the register, Nicholas specifically stepped in front of an African American employee in a way that felt unnecessary, intimidating, and deeply uncomfortable. He appeared to closely monitor and double-check transactions involving African American customers, as though he assumed wrongdoing or theft without cause. At one point, Nicholas even opened the cash register drawer while his coworker was actively ringing up items, seemingly to verify his work in a manner that came across as distrustful and humiliating. His actions created a tense and uncomfortable environment for both customers and staff. From what I witnessed Nicholas behavior felt targeted and racially motivated, making it seem as though he was unfairly scrutinizing his coworker because of his race. This kind of conduct is unacceptable in any workplace and reflets poorly on your business, I strongly encourage management to address this situation seriously, as no employee or customer should be made to feel discriminated against or uncomfortable because of racial bias.

Of course there's plenty of parking. I walked over to the customer service desk because I was in a crunch for time and knew I did not have time to figure out where things were in the store. I encountered a Gentleman. I told him that I had minutes on my lunch break to spare and what I needed. He actually walked me through the store and over to the area and showed me what I was looking for. I thought that was very nice. I found out that this gentleman's name was Christian. He really rocked! Great energy and customer service! He even welcomed me to the store and guaranteed me that I would love this location. After looking around for a little bit, I knew that I would, but I had to leave so I made a mad dash for the register which was a no wait line. I am a part of the Target circle 360 rewards program however I wasn't sure if I needed to put my number in to get the discounts that I was offered on the products that I purchased. Jonathan was the cashier and he was grateful enough to assist me as well making my time in this line very short. I noticed that they also have a CVS on site which I am not aware of in any other targets in my area. They also have the Starbucks and Pizza Hut area. Overall, I enjoyed my brief and quick encounter and I definitely will be back during my lunch breaks!

Two weeks later I stopped in again and the other worker, Michelle, said they were not taking summer clothes because they "had too many". This would have been fine except her tone and dismissive attitude were rude and uncalled for, not to mention Daphne told me to keep coming in and their website does not indicate that they had stopped excepting consignments. I then left Daphne a voicemail and emailed her but received no response so I stopped in a few days later to speak with her. As I was walking towards them Michelle said to Daphne "THIS is the girl I was telling you about". Daphne rudely told me that they were no longer taking anything unless I wanted to leave my bags for them to go through and they would donate the rest (even though the old procedure was they would go through it and then call you to pick up what they didn't want). I guess their consigners are no longer worth a phone call! The next day I returned to pull all of my items that did not sell with very very little help from both Michelle and Daphne. Michelle could not even figure out how to work the computer to print me out my lists of items that were on the floor. It took over two hours to find all of my items because of the awful organization skills of this place. My clothes now smelled terrible so I washed them and will take them to other stores I consign at that treat me well, such as LuLu, The Loft on 724, Greene Street, and even Plato's Closet. These stores are pickier, but for good reason - they have a MUCH better selection and I would recommend checking them out before you waste your time looking for hours for any quality items at "Love" It!
