The store is packed with furniture, dry foods, kitchen and bathroom accessories, towels, linens, and wall art. I've purchased kitchen towels, bedroom sheets at reasonable costs. Believe it or not, my favorite purchases are coffee. Yes, coffee. The employees were busily taking inventory and replacing holiday products with traditional fare. Although they were consumed with their tasks, they cheerily provided room for me to peruse the coffee assortments. I chose a German ground coffee called Dallmayr Prodomo. I never heard of this brand but for $9.99 at 17.6 oz (500 mg), I was willing to try it. Several web users rate this brand 5 of 5 stars. I also chose ground Pumpkin Latte by the Grande Kaffe Collection of stateside Millville NJ. I've enjoyed this brew several times and at $5.00 for 16 oz, it's hard to ignore. Lastly, I purchased a 4 pack of kitchen towels for $5.99. Now that I bought some new stuff, fortunately I have a house for my new stuff. Fully staffed but not one helping anyone or even making eye contact. Someone had to come up to desk and ask to have a spill in entrance area cleaned up. Oddly cold attitudes all around. Not just me! Really poor attitude including workers who tried to figure out an unmarked sheet set. Finally did so and then left me standing at counter. Will return sheet sets and deal with Amazon. read more

Selection was good for the value. The store was clean but at times seem to be over crowded with merchandise.

On Friday I was in the Broomall store and it was beautifully organized and so clean and well stocked. I had a great time finding gifts for different people on my list. The cashier though was the best-Hripsime. I use my TJX card when I shop often and have a lot of $ saved up to use BUT I never can figure out how it get it to load in store. She gave me a lot of help accessing the app and trying to pull it up so I could use it for this purchase. Although we weren't successful-the app was experiencing issues-her calm demeanor, kindness and caring came through. I applaud the management who hired her-she is a huge asset to your team. I'll def be back and hopefully with my savings credits in hand. read more

Home goods is one of my favorite stores. I could stay in there for hours. Especially at Christmas time there's so many things to discover. I forgot to take pictures I was so in awe of all the Christmas items, don't worry I'll be back ! read more

[585] This is a very nice and organized Home Goods. It's a bit smaller then the other locations but don't let that scare you. There are plenty of deals to be found here There is a ton of inventory so I always walk away with a few great deals I'll definitely be back read more

Who doesn't love Homegoods? This location is pretty decent as far as inventory wise, some may find it a little overwhelming. But for all of us on a good hunt for indoor/outdoor home decor, you'll easily find exactly what you're looking for or take your ideas in a completely different direction lol. Went here to browse their new spring and summer items...I was immediately drawn to the flamingos. They are sooo cute. read more

I usually enjoy my trips to HomeGoods. This time not so much. I had a few returns and as soon as I walked up to the register, a woman immediately told me I could not return my items. Not even a hello, how are you, can I help you. At one point I even had to ask her why she was being so mean to me... It was really surprising that she was speaking to me in such away. The bench I wanted to return was damaged (poor quality) but she wanted no parts in my explanation. This "manager" is rude, condescending and not at all customer oriented. Be on the lookout. This HomeGoods is decent, nothing more and nothing less. They have a ton of items but never anything of what I'm looking for. I've had way more luck finding great pieces at the Collegeville location. I also find that this location in particular has a lot of damaged or blemished items so even when I find something I like, I don't purchase it. I'd recommend this location for their wide assortment of kitchen gadgets and storage containers & pet supplies, but some other departments are lacking - like the baby & bathroom sections. I usually just visit here for decor inspiration and make my purchases elsewhere. read more

I'm always a huge fan of home goods! The main problem with this home goods is the parking is always tight. I went in here last week to shop for decorations for my office but most of the regular decorations were not in the store because they had all of the Christmas decorations out, which wasn't a huge deal, but I did not particularly find what I was looking for. Also, some of Home good items are seasonal, so you might find it in store and then a month later it not be there. Overall this home goods has a nice selection of items, I particularly love their candle selections. The line typically moves fast and they normally have associates walking around the store to offer help. read more

This store is the best!!! They have everything from food items to carpets! Love just going in to browse and pick up something just because you saw it on a shelf! My only gripe with the place is that some of their items can be pricey but it definitely doesn't keep me away!! Check it out!! read more

It will be a long while before I stoop the level of quality and service that Home Goods offers. At least this location. I was practically begging 2 of the employees to help me purchase two lamps, and two lamp shades. I was looking to spend over $400 on these, and they only had one of the two lamp shades I needed on the shelf. Fortunately, they had numerous lamps set up on display with the matching shade I needed. It was a brand of shade that they had plenty of for sale as a single shade, and they could have easily taken the shade I needed from the lamp, replaced it with any one of their matching brand shades, easy problem solved. Send my on my way with my two lamps, and my two additional shades that I needed to purchase. Nope, it was like I was asking them to do the unthinkable. They were practically laughing at the suggestion, and when I persisted, they asked a manager, who just shook his head. Well thanks for the favor, because they probably would have fallen apart in a few months, like most other things do that come from HomeGoods. Add in the rude employees and manager & I have the perfect recipe for never going back here. I'll go to Restoration Hardware and gladly pay for quality and white glove service. read more

I love this homegoods, this is my fave one hands down. The selection seems to change weekly and the customer service is great. The only downside is the cashiers move a bit slow at times, so the lines can get a bit backed up at times. Defintly recommend if your trying to snag a deal on designer homegoods. read more

Lots if choices here but not as many as the one in Concord. That one is a bit newer than this location which is showing its age. Nonetheless you can find lots of things but watch the prices as with all of these types of places because it's not always a bargain. read more

Great selection.. so many pretty things to buy. My biggest problem..and this is very specific to a certain group.. there didn't seem to be ANY wheelchairs for customers. Sure, as a handicapped person who gets around with a walker.. I should have my own wheelchair, but right now I'm in rehabilitation and don't know IF I will get my strength back. In order to keep costs down, I guess Homegoods doesn't think it's worth investing in wheelchairs either..although most grocery stores I go to have them. Home Depot and Bed Bath and Beyond has them too. To make matters worse, there are handicapped parking in front of a throughway and you have to cross it in order to get to the store. With the lack of strength I have, I don't move very fast and I am JUST 54 years old. My husband dropped me off at the front of the store.. along with people who were perfectly ABLE to walk distances. Yes you have a handicapped door *it hit me on my way out because I wasn't walking fast enough for it* and you aisles are large enough for wheelchairs..but no wheelchairs. So.. I think I saw 25% of your store and had to leave.. because I was in too much pain. I'm giving you 3 stars because from what I saw the prices were great and everything was so pretty but I can't see me doing much more then looking at part of your store because I am not able to shop your store comfortably at this time. This is not attack at for this particular location.. I assume this is a company issue. read more
