And if I'm being truly honest, it has only gotten worse and I was just there today. There were six people behind the counter and the one working the register should've been down in the basement working where nobody could see her. I'll drive the extra distance 15 minutes out of my way to Giant Eagle in Beaver Falls to their pharmacy whether they're always pleasant. Sometimes that's all you need is a smile and a thank you. Can't get that in Rochester.

Inside was just as busy, it felt like it was the place to be at that moment in this town. There were people everywhere. Mostly they were standing around the area where you pick up your MTO. And none of them would move. I understand you want your MTO, but be courteous of the other customers in here. It took forever to get through the line at the register. So much indecisiveness from the customers. And they are unapologetic about it. The staff appeared to have a deadness in their eyes. Like they knew exactly what was about to happen because to them, it's Groundhog Day. Same people, same actions. Thought I would have a speedy getaway once I finished inside, but I was wrong.
