I had to go get a salesperson due to an item I was interested in that wasn't tagged, which I was made to feel as if I was inconveniencing them because they had to get up and come look. When I asked about their in house financing, they didn't offer up any info about terms, conditions, interest rate or payments, so I had to ask for information which they could barely find anything. I was also given a pamphlet that had a website to go to for easy financing. After going to the website, I quickly found that I needed a special location code that is provided by the retailer so the website can attach your app to the retailer. When I called to obtain it from them, they didn't know it and said I needed to call the website and find out myself. That was the last straw. So, they lost a potential $1,000 sale due to their laziness and rudeness throughout my entire visit.

Went into Mikes just to see if they had a 72 inch tv stand. Much to my surprise they had one I had been looking at and it was in stock. For an additional 70 dollars(that I thought was a bargain) they built it, delivered it and placed it in my den for me a few hours later. How can it get better than that? It can't! They earned a new customer for future purchases. Other stores need to take notes on how good old fashion customer service should be from Mikes! Well done!

I could not have asked for a more welcoming staff. My Father-in-Law is the most indecisive human on the planet. Amanda treated us very well she was patient and understanding. Amanda made sure we got everything we needed. Amanda's daughter (I'd guess early Teens) was absolutely the MVP of the store. They made a delivery for us on a Saturday. The 2 young men were punctual; they were efficient and assembled the furniture as well as tested it before they left.

I have been to this Lowry's store three times now, about a year apart between each visit. In 2015,…read moreI found the large store filled with a hodge podge of surplus type items, including clothing and near- to expired foodstuffs, but found several things of interest and bought them. In 2016, it seemed to have gone downhill and was a big mess with nothing I would have wanted if they were giving it away for free. Then I visited today (August 2017) and was pleasantly surprised to see that this surplus store has totally changed for the better and now it's a low priced furniture and mattress store. It is very clean and has appealing displays. The quality seems decent on everything I looked at, but it's definitely on the affordable starter furniture side (not a bad thing at all!) and prices here are comparable to Big Lots furniture. I think the styles offered at Lowry's seem a bit nicer, though. There is now a store next door sharing the same parking lot which is called Lowry's Grocery and it seems to be where they're selling all of the liquidation food...I can't review that store because I didn't visit. Anyway, if you're in the market for furniture and home accents (or a mattress) on a budget, this seems like a GREAT place to check out in the Tahlequah area.
