I purchased a recliner from Hank's Furniture of Rogers, AR in late fall of 2024. I also bought an…read moreextended service/warranty. Once I got the recliner home and setup, it was fine, but within weeks it developed a lean to the right and it leaned forward as well. Over time it worsened, so I put padding under the recliner base to correct its issue. In early August 2025, I decided to contact Hank's furniture about my problem. I filled out their online warranty claim, waited ... and then called about my warranty claim. Hank's did not contact me in return until I again contacted them again, OVER A MONTH LATER. I called and weeks later, Hank's sent out a repair tech to my house. So, the initial issue was dealt with almost two months after my warranty claim. However, the repair tech did not fix the chair by his replacing the base. I could tell when the tech arrived with the part that it would not fix the issue. He even stated so himself that it may not solve my issue. So, my issue remained unfixed after 2 months since the warranty claim, even with my extended service/warranty. The salesman, PB, ignored me as well. I then notified Hank's management, another-again, ...about my unresolved problem. This is where I pretty much stopped hearing from Hank's about my issue. I emailed them and called them only to get unreturned phone calls and ignored email replies. So, I contacted Hank's management about my unresolved issue and warranty claim. I let them know that I was going to pursue this matter further until I get the repair service I paid extra for and my recliner fixed. I received No Replies. It is now late November 2025 and my chair has had no attention from Hank's Furniture. Nothing has been accomplished since my initial claim over 4 months ago. Despite my warranty claim and service/extended warranty purchase, ... NOTHING since September. Because of Hank's unresponsiveness to my continued issue, I contacted the manufacturer of the recliner and they worked to resolve the issue for me, WOW SERVICE! With further research and dialog, it was then that I learned that Hank's furniture does not have a good reputation of service. Well, that pretty much echoed my own experience with Hank's Furniture. It is now approaching Christmas 2025 and I still have not heard from Hank's Furniture in over 2 months since my last interaction with them. It is now approaching 5 months since my initial warranty claim. ... !Hank's Furniture Still Ain't There! IN CONCLUSION, I WOULD NOT DO BUSINESS WITH HANK'S FURNITURE. I am a regular nonconfrontational guy, who just desires to be treated fairly and get what I paid for. However, Hank's Furniture has a reputation of poor service and 'disinterest' after the sale, which I experienced. I WOULD NOT BUY AN EXTENDED SERVCE/WARRANTY from Hank's Furniture also. In fact, I will be asking for a refund on my extended service/warranty purchase because it is worthless. You can shop Hank's, but from there ... BEWARE.

We used to shop here all the time about 2 yrs ago when they had a manager named Susan and she made sure she got you the best deal possible. As she walked away, she made a rude comment in Spanish, assuming I wouldn't understand--saying I didn't have any money to spend in the first place. Not only was that disrespectful and offensive, it was also completely false. I've never felt so disrespected while shopping. I expected a higher level of professionalism and basic courtesy, especially from a store that prides itself on customer service. I will not be returning, and I'll be sharing this experience so others can be aware.

While the recliners all still are functional, I was shocked that within 2 years the very thin leather started to peel at seams and badly discolor in any part of them contacted in normal use. This was a $3,500 combo that I expected decades of life from. Had I known the leather was literally paper-thin I would have kept looking. I'll need to soon recover this set or buy new, and both are terribly costly. This is just inferior quality. By the way, I weigh 140 pounds. Can't imagine how bad the wear would show for larger folks. I'll shop elsewhere for any new furniture needs.

Her kitchen table and chairs were custom made and so she was able to pick everything - the color, finish, base, the style - and was able to mix and match to get the style of chairs she wanted. She opted for 4 chairs the same and two of another style. She said that she was able to happily browse her options both online and then in person too. She picked the sofa table from what was on the floor already. It is just as lovely as the kitchen table and very sturdy. My mother is a very discerning customer and has been extremely pleased with her purchases.
